Information on the organization for 2009-2010 Season
- What are all the break out levels?
- preK-1 / 2-3 / 4-5 / 6-8 / 9-12
- Which grades will be playing at the current PeeWee, Elementary,Junior & Senior fields?
- PW: preK - 1
- Elementary: 2-3 & 4-5 - Elementary Field We will rotate these teams throughout the day for game scheduling. For example, the schedule might look like the following:
- Middle School: Middle Field (former Junior field)
- High School: Big Field
This level of play is in conjunction with Pleasant Valley. Games are played at Creek and at West Road Elementary School. Contact PV Rec Dept at 635-5242 to register for high school recreational soccer. - How many players per field / grade level? We still encourage the small-sided play which allows more players more touchs on the ball. Same format as before:
- PW: 4v4
- Elementary: 7v7
- Middle School (former Junior level on the middle field): 9v9
- High School: 11vs11

Contact PV Rec Dept at 635-5242 to register for high school recreational soccer. - What happens to the kids that are already playing at an upper level due to their age because some kids have been held back a grade or because of where their birthday fell on the cut off date? There is always the option for a player to request to play up a level. That can be done with their coach's approval. However, I am going to guess that most kids will simply prefer to play with their classmates.
Game 1: Early Elem, Game 2: Late Elem, Game 3: Early Elem, Game 4: Early Elem, Game 5: Late Elem.
That way no one group gets stuck with all afternoon games.
